Warning, I am about to sound like I’m selling a MLM product. Spoiler alert: I’m not :joy:
Last year, a friend of mine gave me a bottle of something called Quicksilver Scientific GABA + L Theanine and told me it might help me sleep. Over the last month, my sleep quality has turned to :wastebasket:️. Every single night, I unintentionally wake up my husband AT LEAST 5-6 times throughout the night with my wild anxiety dreams. I don’t remember them at all but sure as hell do not wake up rested. I thought it was part of getting older.
Last night, out of desperation, I tried it. It’s a liquid you squirt in your mouth (DO 4 PUMPS) and hold in your mouth for 60-90 seconds before you swallow it.
Y’all. I just had the best sleep of my entire life. Literally. I didn’t realize these waking up episodes that I don’t even remember were making me feel drained in the morning. I woke up feeling like I’ve been on a kid free vacation. Too bad I haven’t, but that level of rested. Zero drowsiness or fog this morning. Just rested.
